My mom asked what I was eating because I’m a vegetarian. The first night I had a boca burger which I liked very much. The second night I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with some potatoes that I mashed myself and green beans. The third night I had Frito Pie. I replaced the chili with refried beans. I added guacamole, tomatoes, cheese, and Frito chips.
Today we visited Cadillac Ranch which was a lot of fun because I got my own souvenir there—a piece of layers of spray paint. You could see all the different colors. Later on we went to look at the Rio Grande River and saw a bunch of different animal tracks. Then we played some intense card games. I won one of the games in the van.
I’m looking forward to stepping in all 4 states at Four Corners tomorrow which are New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado.
