1. What was the most interesting or educational of the sites we visited and why? Grand Canyon and seeing all the beauty of it and how vast, large, and deep it is. You see it and you have to think to yourself, “how long did it take to make that?”
2. What was the least interesting site we visited and why? There weren’t any non-interesting things other than traveling days, but I guess those don’t count.
3. The thing about this trip I’ll never forget is The Coral Pink Sand Dunes.
4. Everyday I looked forward to doing something new and exciting and going places I’ve never been before.
5. I got tired of sleeping next to someone who didn’t wear deodorant in the tent.
6. It was a “bummer” when the Grand Staircase Escalante Dinosaur Museum was closed because of no water.
7. A “pleasant surprise” was getting to swim and going out to eat.
8. If you could go back to a site on this trip THIS summer and show it to your family, where would it be and why? Coral Pink Sand Dunes because it was so fun to run down and bury yourself in the sand. If we went maybe we could bring an ATV or something. (but I doubt it)
9. What did you pack or bring that you did not need at all – should’a left at home? Rain Poncho
10. What did you NOT bring, but wish you had? Fan
11. What about this trip would you change (considering only realistic, reasonable changes)? Go to Zion National Park
12. What part of this trip should NEVER change? Sleeping in tents every night and cooking and cleaning for ourselves.
